Safer Food For All has been written to cover the full syllabus of the Level 2 Award in Food Safety (formerly Basic or Foundation Food Hygiene).

Candidates have access to tutor support during their study by telephone, fax or email.

Certificate Options

On completion of the course (and verification by Direct Food Hygiene), candidates are eligible for the following examination/test options:-

Direct Food Hygiene Test

Successful candidates receive an in-house certificate.

Royal Institute of Public Health Examination

Successful candidates receive the nationally recognised RIPH's Level 2 Award in Food Safety. There is an additional charge for this exam option.
